Conduct in-depth primary research- telephone interviews with industry      stakeholders.
Develop and nurture KOL network.

Sell high-value customized research and consulting services and articulate a      win-win business proposition to clients.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
Work with sales management in putting together an appropriate sales      proposition and presenting it articulately to decision makers.
Drive brand awareness, campaigns and lead generation via networking
Qualify and understand key client issues and collaborate with research and      consulting teams to develop effective solutions
Build a quality lead base.
Monitor upcoming deliverables, customer complaints and account      receivables.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and provide regular      update on sales activities to senior management.

Minimum work experience of 2 to 3 years, preferably in management      consulting, KPOs or market research firms with Fortune 500 client base.
Possess a solution based approach while handling customer requirements
Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal and experience in      client relationship management
Proven ability to engage with senior and C-level decision makers
Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
